He said he has 27 years of experience in real estate, contract negotiations, property management, construction and mechanical trades. He said that prior experience as a vice president of an emission control manufacturer has given him experience in overseeing fiscal operations, quality control, and product manufacturing. He has volunteered as a member of the Lake Telemark Community Club and sits on the Rockaway Township County Committee. His daughter will enter the Rockaway school system in the fall. Ward 6 Republican candidate Tucker Kelley has been married for 25 years and a Rockaway resident for 47 years. ![]() He said he has also been on committees formed to help seniors and residents with disabilities. He has volunteered for town recreation programs for seniors and the Police Athletic League. His two daughters went through the township’s school system. ![]() He has been on the Council for 16 years and married for 37 years. Incumbent Republican Councilman John Jack Quinn is seeking reelection to represent Ward 2. His two children attended the town’s school system. He has also been an environmental officer for the town. The contractor, real estate agent and builder has served as Morris County freeholder, Morris County Tax Commissioner and Chair of Rockaway’s Finance Review Board.
